Will noctua nh-d15 block my other components?

I was thinking about buying
MSI z97 gaming 7 motherboard
16gb Crucial Ballistix sport ddr3-1600 DIMM CL9 dual kit (height, i think is 30mm)
gigabyte gtx 970 g1 gaming x 2
and NOCTUA NH-D15!
so my question is this: if i use the noctua on dual fan mode, will my ram fit underneath the fan, and will the noctua block any other components, like pcie-lane so that the other GPU wont fit?

That is an ATX board, if you visually look there is a lot of room around the cpu socket.
The video you say, might have been a matx mobo. Do you have a link?

Lets hope for the best because I just watched a video where the noctua actually blocked pcie-lane so that the gpu woulnd fit .

That thing is full of shit, I bought an M5 and there's barely any room under the heat sink for a video card. I was planning on getting the gtx 1080 but now ill need a new fan. The Nh 14 looks smaller. But still wth
