So this is my problem, ethernet is NOT currently an option for me to use. I know it's way better utility wise and all that. But I am just not able to set it up right now with my router's position in the house so please if you're going to say use ethernet, don't. Okay, so due to that. I don't know what to use, I hear a USB WiFi adapter will work but I don't entirely understand how it would work, I have an MSi A78M-E35 Mobo (Don't think it has built in internet.) I've been trying everything. I have all the drivers installed for the motherboard, graphics card, etc. as well. And by the way my budget is about 35 dollars so don't send something that costs like 150 dollars as I can't currently afford that. I want something cheap but will get the job done and connect my new gaming PC to the internet efficiently.
And by the way here are the specs for the computer: (I ran it on Windows 8.1 by the way.)

Should I buy the ASUS Dual-Band Wireless Adapter recommended on the build page? Would that work? Thank you so much by the way, anyone who answers my question.

You are all over the place in yout post.

Part of it sounds like you have tried a wifi usb adapter and it has not worked and part of it sounds like you have nothing and don't know what to get.
FYI WiFi does not equal the internet. WiFi is a wireless way to communicate from your PC to a wireless router, the connection to the internet (from your ISP) just happens to be connected to that router. You can have a wifi router to network computers together and not have internet hooked up, and you can have internet via Ethernet cable and yet have no WiFi, hence Wifi does not equal Internet.

A USB wifi card is the worst possible connection
Best to Worst:
1) Ethernet
2) Powerline Networking
3) WiFi card connected to PCI-E port
4) USB WiFi stick

The dual band asus adapter is fine, but what will be much better is this: http://www.amazon.com/TP-LINK-TL-PA4010KIT-Powerline-Adapter-Starter/dp/B00AWRUICG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1422041338&sr=8-1&keywords=powerline+network+adapter

That is a powerline adapter and you put one end near your router (connecting the router to it via Ethernet cable) and the other end near your desktop and connect it to pc with Ethernet cable. This will give you a little faster mbps but most important it will give you significantly faster response time (called ping or latency). The lower ping/latency time is most important for online gaming. It makes more sense if you think of the mbps speed as a quantity it can carry in a second. For online gaming you need a fast sports car that can get from server to server quickly, not a huge truck that can carry 3 tons of materials in one load but at half the speed of the sports car.
