computer freezes and restarts while gaming plz help

When i start a game and play in few minutes it freezes a black screen comes and my grapgic card stop working. i should hav to reset to continue.aftr resetting it says windows dint shut down correctly i select start windows normally
And when i try to play a game again the same thing happens over and overagain.

I self assembled my pc with
New motherboard
My old cpu : co2duo 2.8ghz
2nd hand vga nvidia gt 630 2gb
My old ram 2gb
And a powersupply of 450w
New toshiba hard drive 1tb
I run win 7 32bit

Plz solve my issue
I hav tried,
Changing the psu
Cleaning the graphic card
Reinstalling the drivers
and my gpu temprature is not exceeding 75C while gaming. And 35-39C while not gaming
Plz help me!!!!

thats the minimum needed so a you can see the game needs 1.5gb your os will be taking avg of 1gb also so yeah id say its that mate defo, this is 32 bit windows 7 will only read 3gb you need 64 bit windows for it to read more ram but then 64 bit uses up 2gb then so your only left again with 2gb of free ram, what you need is 8gb mate period then upgrade to 64 bit windows
