When I look at my C: (128GB solid-state) in "My Computer", it shows that I only have ~500MB remaining. After trying to free up some space, I decided to right-click -> Properties my entire C:. It show that I'm only using 80GB. Not sure if this matters, but my libraries (Desktop, Documents etc..) are on another drive, and set up an NTFS link a while ago that allows me to store my iTunes backups on a different drive as well.
