I am considering upgrading both my GPU and PSU on my prebuilt ASUS CM6850 computer. The PSU I am considering buying is a Rosewill HIVE 850W, but I can't seem to find out information on whether it will fit in my case.
According to PCMag you can, it specifically states in their review that you will need to in order to run high end cards. It looks to me like it's a standard ATX PSU. http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2388737,00.asp

as long as the rosewill is a standard atx psu you have no worries. though i dont think an 850 is necessary if your just running a single gpu a good 600w or 650 is more than plenty

I'm just going off of newegg's power supply estimation. Upgrading my graphics card from a GeForce GT 520 to a R9 270 apparently quadruples the power usage from ~260 to ~860
Plus I'm getting a good price of the PSU anyways =)
