Question about making bootable usb

I am currently downloading the ISO for windows 8.1 and I was wondering is there anything I have to do other than putting the files on the usb.

If you mean "WinUSB Maker" then yes...

but i cant find any other software relating to the name "WinUSB".

P.S. If the software has an option to "Create a bootable USB drive" then it should work.
