will my i5 2500k bottleneck a 295x2, should i upgrade?

Solution

He is wrong. Throwing AA on GPU makes over better performance due GPU usage goes higher. Lower resolutions and settings makes your CPU work harder.

Dont worry, 2500k will perform like any 4th gen i5, overclocked even better.

i am currently running a ASRock Z97 Extreme6 MOBO which should be adequate. I don't really want to drop an additional £200+ on a new CPU unless the difference will defiantly be noticeable. I would rather wait.

Getting some mixed answers, but going to assume it is fine for now.
@ rockie "If the games are played on 1920x1020 and VSync On , i5 2500K should be enough .And not too much AA" Even with my r9 290x i can play nearly all games with full AA(ultra) at 1920x1080 so i don't know what you mean.
