Should i return gtx 660 and get 960?

I bought this card in the middle of the first week of january and it has a 30 day warranty should i return it and get a gtx 960 it was 170 when i got it

If possible, yes please. GTX 960 has more features, runs cooler and consumes less power.

In terms of fps, those two GPU's are relatively similar.

That is up to you. The 960 will be way more power efficient in regards to power output per cuda core and in power savings.

i also got it for 160 not 170 so 20 percent cheaper and about 25 after shipping and tax compared to a gtx 960

You would pay only a bit more to get a way better card. If it was like 50 more I would still go for it.

i still have a 30 dollar mail in rebate that i can do to make it 130 so what would be a better price to performance ratio
a 130 gtx 660 or a 200 gtx 960 i play on a 1920 x 1080 monitor with 60 hz and i play games like wow the card i have know is like over 40 percent cheaper after having to get re taxed and pay for re shipping

gtx 660, r9 270, gtx 960. they are powerful cards so they require some attention from buyer. we can't suggest anything if we don't know nothing about the rest of the pc.
