Hello,

So a while back I bought a corsair M90 because I loved the feel of it, however, I immediately regretted my decision. I ran into one specific error which was that my computer would not recognize it. It kept giving me "USB device not recognized" even when I try different ports. I can't even set up or roll back the drivers properly because every time I plug it in it's gone. In device manager it gives me this error "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) A request for the USB configuration descriptor field." However, when I plug it in any other computer (laptop, school computer, friends computer) it works perfectly fine. My all my other USB devices work seamlessly and I have not had any problems. I have even sent it in for an RMA in which I believe they replaced it or repaired it.

Any help is appreciated.

There seems to be a firmware update at the corsair site, maybe that will help if it isn't already on it.If not possible to do on your pc maybe on another one.

If you have the drivers downloaded and plug the mouse in,together with another mouse, can you with the second mouse not rightclick the M90 in device manager, choose update drivers, and choose look on this computer, after that point at the downloaded ones?
