GPU Rebates from Newegg, are they legitimate? Will you save money?

I'm really skeptical about all these rebates I'm seeing on GPU's and other things from all these sites like Newegg, it's as if all of these GPU's have rebates with them and I'm on a really tight budget, with the rebates, I'd be able to buy cards like the R7 260 or the R7 265, but if it takes too long or the rebate offer expires before I could even get a hold of one of these cards, I wouldn't be able to buy either, and I really need something that'll replace console gaming for me performance wise and then some, so I would like to know from you guys if you've bought GPU's from all the vendors that are listed on PcPartPicker and if the rebates are legitimate, and don't expire before I get the chance to fill them out to get a bit of my money back, I'd also like to know if these rebates refund some of the money quickly, would I probably be able to get the rebate amount back within 2 weeks, almost a month at max? Thanks.

They are legit. I use them all the time when I build. But they take about 8 weeks to finally get, and they usually arrive in the form of a debit card.
I usually buy myself a gift card from newegg with them and let them build up.
