Can i play Xbox 360 games on pc (Win10)

I am reading all the articles about Windows 10 that it will be the future OS for all platforms like WindowsPhone , PC, XBOX etc. So I am wondereing that can it play games like Halo or Forza Horizon (XBOX EXCLUSIVE) games on a simple PC which is running Windows 10 OS ??
Please help and thanks in advance.

from what i remember it allows you to stream Xbox One to PC using windows 10, i dont think the 360 will be included due to the fact that the 360 is so old it should be remove this year for good :)
