I have asus p7h55-m mobo and 7(4+2+1) gigs of ram. But my mobo only recognize 3.5 gigs. In bios advance options there is a memory remap option. But if I enable it then windows don't boot. what can i do about it? I've already checked all of my ram kits, they are ok. I reseated them in all possible combinations. I re-install my os, previously was win 7 64bit, now win 8.1 64bit. Some people said that reseating the cpu help them solve such problem, I've also done that, but no luck. Now I'm really frustrated.

There's no guarantees when mixing DRAM, and here you are mixing three different sticks, to be honest I'm not surprised they don't want to play together - try just the 4 and the 2 and raise the DRAM voltage + 0.06 and see if it sees the 6GB
I would try putting in the sticks one at a time. Make sure the BIOS reads each one properly. 4 as a 4 2 as a 2 ect. See if they all show up right that way. if one seems to be less than what it should be then you got an issue.

Also try a Memtest86 if you haven't already and see if that sees all 7 gigs
