I have a HP Envy 700-414 which the specs on the motherboard shows it has a Memphis B or Pegatron Form Factor uATX with its dimensions being 9.6 inches x 9.6 inches. I have an i5 processor currently and specs show I could upgrade to Hazwell i7 4790 3.6Ghz. It maxes out with 16 G dram. I want to upgrade my motherboard to one that can hold up to 32 G dRam and the i7 4790K 4.4Ghz processor. What is a recommended board for me that will fit in my case?

Any reason why you want 32GB capacity? Unless you're running virtual machines, extremely demanding professional or corporate applications or running a server, there are really no benefits to anything over 16GB.
