If you're building a PC from scratch for Adobe CC software, go Intel, i7 if you can. And then get the most powerful GPU you can.

Apart from the i7 rather than an i5, you're basically building the same as you would for gaming - except that you may want to add Raid drives, depending on what sort of footage you will be editing.
