I'd like to start off with saying I'm not great with PCs
My Current PC was originally a prebuilt (I know I know) but I have upgraded a few parts.
All this started since I installed my 3rd monitor, before I could watch Source quality Twitch streams without any problem while playing a game now I got 80% or more CPU just watching a stream doing nothing else. Everything begins to freeze if i even try to play a game.

I have done various things such as full system Scan, disabling hardware acceleration, reducing game and stream quality, disabling BITS and some more I can't remember.
Specs:
Nvidia Geforce GTX 770
Intel Core i5 - 4440
Windows 8.1 x64
DDR3 8GB RAM (Task manager says 1/4 slots used so I think that means 1x 8gb stick)
Any Help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks
