Don't worry about a bottleneck they should remove that word all together.
In CPU intensive games it will limit it some if the game uses more than 2 cores depending on your overclock as to how much.
In GPU intensive games it will not limit it.
In games that are more single core based it will not limit it.
If it's in your budget get the R9 270X.
