Yes Your PSU Will Be Absolutely Fine For "Zotac GT640 1GB GDDR5" And Your PSU Is Good For Gaming TOO.....But If You Want To Play Latest Games Like "WatchDogs","FarCry4","Assasins Creed Unity" A "GTX 750"/"GTX 750Ti" Would Be Much Better

You Are Welcome....The Difference Between 1 And 2GB GPU Is That If You've A Screen With Bigger Resolution(Like 1920X1080) You'll Need 2GB Of GPU And If You've Screen With Low Resolution(Like 1366X768,1600X900) You'll Be Good With 1GB Of GPU Your VRAM Depends Completely On Your Screen Resolution
