Can i use Nvidia Graphhics card DDR2 to dell motherboard with ddr3 RAM MEMORY ?!

If you're asking if you can use a video card that has DDR2 RAM in it with a PC that uses DDR3 RAM...then yes, you can. They work independently of each other.

I have a Nvidia GeForce 8400 GSsuper ( http://images.esellerpro.com/2131/I/120/680/100_4353.JP... ) <-- THIS
and when i set it in motherboard the pc start but nothing show in monitor and the (VGA CABLE) is hooking in CARD not in internal vga of motherboard.. ?! i try with another powersupply 500-600W but no results.. ?!

Anyway, you've got a couple options. First, remove the card and hook your video back to your motherboard. Then, download the video card driver, re-install the card, and try again.

If that doesn't work, try going into your BIOS to make sure its set to look for PCIe graphics before onboard.
