Hi! i resently bought a gtx 970 SC from evga, and then i (2 months after) go play some minecraft, and i have a max fps at around 190... then i start flying around my fps dips down to 50-20 fps untill i move more slowly (single player, flat world, only water and some yachts) i play with a 128x128 texturepack and my pc specs:
CPU intel 3470
GPU Gtx 970
RAM 8 gigabyte
PSU 750 bronze
i tave tryed to download the newest version of java, playing in 16x16 texturepack, using 1 screen instead of , turning all my settings down the the lowest settings posible... and nothing seems to work
