Toshiba 1TB has clicking sound, it shows in my computer but not in disk management

When I plugged the Toshiba 1TB it has clicking sound, it shows in my computer but not in disk management. when I check device manager and click on properties, it says that the device is working properly then later on, it goes silent then the light will go off too.i need to recover my files. thank you

i tried uninstalling many times, the drive already showed in disk management but everytime i click on it, it does not respond. is there nothing else i can do but bring it to the professional? thank you
