Hello!
So a couple days ago I bought a new mother board and a new CPU. After installing the motherboard and running my PC for about 6 hours my Memory Usage goes to 80% and I have to restart my PC to fix the problem
Here are two screenshots of my Task Manager.
NOTICE: My PC has been running for about 4 hours when this screenshot was taken

The second picture at the bottom it says "open resource monitor",can you click that one and see if it gives more info about what takes so much ram?
Have you tried without using chrome? Maybe try firefox or just IE.
With the new mobo did you install all the latest drivers from the site? (starting with chipset) Maybe bios too if necessary.Latest bios is from "2014-12-26" version "1.9".
Don't think it has anything to do with it,but the odd thing is that i don't see your cpu in the compatibility list.:p

I have Uninstalled Avast and Installed another antivirus called 'Bitdefender' It seems like Avast was leaking the memory.
But I still think something is leaking my memory over time.
I currently have the 1.8 Bios version. I will try flashing my bios to 1.9 then i´ll let you know if it stopped.

Looked at those programs and the first is from bitdefender which takes up quite an amount of memory, maybe try Avira too, make sure you get rid of the old one first. In that case download Avira first and after that get rid of Bitdefender and install Avira.
The next antivirus from Qihoo seems to do nicely too,

look at ratings and reviews if you want and maybe give it a try.
Don't know why avast would give a memory leak with you, with me it does fine.

The second Rcstats manager can i found nothing about in what it does,it doesn´t seem to belong to windows so maybe at least disable it via msconfig=W7 or taskmanager=W8(.1).You know what it is for? You use a Razer mouse? Seems to come with that from what i read.

This is installed with Razer synapse software. Maybe a mouse monitoring software.

Maybe update the mouse drivers in that case if there are new.

I see you still use chrome, again try another browser too.Disable chrome to start too in that case as told above. You could do the disabling for all non windows programs and after that enable each on it's own to see which,if any, gives troubles.

With me does revo uninstaller always a good job of gettting rid of programs.Remove programs via windows itself should work fine though.

I don't know if this will make you feel any better, but this is literally EXACTLY what I am experiencing with Windows 8.1. After ~4 hours of on time the memory usage will be around 6 GB with no applications open and then eventually the OS will freeze up and I have to restart the computer for it to work again. Our performance monitor looks exactly the same.
