Hey there. My issue is as stated in the question; I have deleted NVIDIA Control Panel and want to know if there's a way to get it back so I can turn on Vsync etc. Thank you

Nvidia Control Panel is installed when the graphics drivers are installed or updated.

You can also just enable V-sync within the game, but I'd still recommend downloading Nvidia Control Panel.

Thank you.. I'm very skeptical about installing new drivers though. DO i need to just download the file and control panel will come with it or do i need to replace my old drivers with new ones. I just got this ASUS ROG G751J about 2 months ago

If there's an updated driver, get it. It's not very risky, especially with Nvidia, and they offer big performance gains. Even if something goes wrong, you can always roll back.

The Nvidia control panel install happens at the end of the driver install.
