Please help - I need help knowing what needs to be upgraded

Lately have been noticing system is not as fast as it used to be and want to do some upgrades. I do a lot of time gaming as well as youtube etc.
Please let me know what's lagging behind with this system and any particular upgrades you recommend. Thanks in advance for your help ! It's very appreciated and needed.

I would upgrade the gpu and get an ssd. Only thing lagging behind I see. The cpu isn't great but it's better than my i5 2300 and I run games on ultra.
A gtx 970 would be a great choice. As for the ssd, a 120gb crucial mx100 is good.

Ok will order a new video card today. I hope it hooks up the same way the one i have in here now does. Sometimes they come with an extra wire etc and it throws me a curve - Thanks again for your help !
