This hasn't been happening too long but lately when i try to restart my pc it looks like its shuting down and restarting, it goes through the whole normal process but when it gets to rebooting back up it kinda hangs. Basically the monitor has turned off the case gets pretty quiet but you can still hear a little noise and the light shows the tower is still powered, after about a good min it will reboot. Same thing is happening when i shut down completly but instead of a min for the power to go off completly its more like 5mins.

maybe this was an upgrade of windows to being install? in that case is normal to restart to finalize the upgrade installation
if not the issue above...check in the bios for cpu overheating and bad voltages from the psu

Its happening every single day, everytime i restart or shut down the pc for almost 2 weeks now, ive finally got some time im gonna do a complete system restore and see what happens with a fresh install of win 8.1, although i don't think its a software issue just because from the look of it windows has shut down when the hanging happens.
