I've made sure to plug everything in correctly and in order, and all I have left is the graphics card. I wanted to test the pc first and it turns out nothing is happening. I know the psu works because the paperclip hack worked. Is my mobo fried or something? Any help would be great

Then check if the power button wires are properly connected to the board and if both 24 and 8 pin power cables are in place.
For ruling out a button issue, you can try starting the board by using a screwdriver for shorting the 2 pins on the motherboard corresponding to the power button.
