Today I've been getting very low FPS with every game I played (some didn't even run), so I went to check my GPU usage and it was always stuck at 0% and my CPU was almost at 100% usage.
My Graphics Card: GeForce 7100 / nForce 630i
The NVIDIA Control Panel won't let me use my dedicated graphics card, it doesn't even show me a dropdown menu to choose between the integrated gpu and my dedicated graphics card.
