Computer making buzzing/rattling noises when playing games.

So I just recently built my first Editing/Gaming PC. I have been very happy with the performance while video editing. (cpu intensive) However, whenever I try to play a game such as H1Z1 my computer will start making this weird buzzing/rattling noise, which seems to be coming from the graphics card. I would really appreciate any input on what could be causing this awful noise. Thanks!

The fans aren't touching anything. When I play on low settings I don't seem to hear the noise, but when I go to High or Ultra settings the noise gets pretty loud.

I have this too, whenever i play csgo my pc makes some crazy loud buzzing noise at about 120-140 fps, surely it cant be coil whine at this fps? it isn't even that high to sound like it, its slightly lower pitched. This has only been happening for the past few days, coincidentally when i got a new driver update for nvidia.
