my pc have
core i5 2.9 ghz processor
4 gb ram
1 tb hard disk
and a xfx radeon hd 5450 graphic card.........
i want to change my graphic card should i purchase that can run.....
watch dogs smoothly.....
loo budget problem....
i can spent upto rupees7000

For that budget I'd get a AMD Radeon R7 260. Assuming graphics card prices in India aren't terribly inflated I'm not sure about that.
