High ram usage

My pc keeps lagging and when i check Task manager my ram usage is like 80%. I've checked what program is using the most and it doesn't add up. ive also done a malware scan that came up clean, and checked using RAMMap, that shows 5gb nonpaged pool.

System specs,
Asrock z97 fa1tality
i7 4790k
hd 7850
corsair vengence 8gb 1 stick
windows 8.1

in task manager, add from the view menu a new column 'memory non-paged pool'. It should then show you what is causing the trouble when sorted on that column.

A reboot does solve it but then once i download something large like off steam it happens again, and all my drivers
are up to date
