Hello to everyone!

As the name says it... is it worth to get R9 270s on Cfx? temps? psu requirements?

i already have one MSI R9 270 and looking to upgrade my graphics, im thinking on getting another MSI R9 270... but im kind of worried about driver issues, overheating or lack of psu.

ive seen other people crossfiring R9 270x wit R9 270.. does it make a valuable improvement?

Ill leave my specs if you need them to give me some advice...

- CPU: AMD FX 8320 @ 4.1GHz (Hyper TX3 Cooler)
- Motherboard: Gygabyte GA 970A UD3P
- Video Card: MSI R9 270 Gaming Edition (Non X)
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB @ 1600Mhz
- Power Supply: EVGA 600B Bronze Cert 80Plus 600w
- Hard Drive: Western Digital Green 1TB
- SSD: Samsung 840 Evo 120GB
- SO: Win7 x64

any help would be appreciated!

You're better off saving and then upgrading to a single better graphics card in my opinion.

Not all games support SLI/Crossfire which is a downfall to that setup, and the power consumption will be pushing your current PSU.

You are right... did some research... its true, its not worth it if im going to have another card right there consuming power in games that doesnt support... now up to my new thread... GTX 970 or R9 280X for 768p! haha

Well yes, the thing is that even though i play at such a low resolution i like to max out every video settings i can and i want to get ready for this year´s games, i think ill go with the 970, id like to have a nice graphics for the year to come.

I was considering the 960 but that 2GB memory... Nah, i think its going to leave me short big time, and the 280X well too much power and ive read a lot of reviews claiming to the card to generate artifacts like a champ and i know amd omega drivers have improved a lot of amd cards but as an amd user since 2010 i have to admit that drivers are shit...
