Hello, I'd like to know if my gaming PC build is good enough for $500 dollars and if I would be bottle-necking anything. This will be my first build ever, so give me a little slack, please!

Hiiii,
Sorry but you have done a big mistake, you get a processor having socket lga 1150 and getting the motherboard of socket lga 1155. You have to get the same socket. Toy need this : this is the best motherboard at your budget and for future upgrade also:

Corsair cx series or the series that contains ' c ' in its model name like cx and also the vs ata budget PSU and not meant for overclocking. I'd you ate planning to overclock, you need a better PSU like Seasonic or evga. I will not recommend any seagate hard drive because it causes problem after a some time and also the cache is not large enough. So better is to get WD.
