Haven't bought my video card yet can i still turn my pc on to check if everything is running fine

I have everything i need in my pc other then my video card can i boot it up for a few seconds to make sure everything is running the way it should?

As long as your CPU has integrated graphics, yes you should be able to boot up your system to make sure it's working.

Almost all modern CPUs have a built in GPU. As long as your CPU isn't super duper old, like Pentium D old, you'll be fine.

No, it does not have integrated graphics. None of the FX series does.

I'm afraid you'll have to wait until your GPU comes before you'll be able to test your system then. No integrated graphics on that CPU.
