I found some components in my budget....
Cpu- fx 6300
Gpu- gtx 970
Mobo- gigabyte ga 78lmt usb3
Psu - seasonic 520W S12ll series
Ram- 2 sticks of transcend 4gb 1600mhz

I really want to play assassin's creed unity, ryse son of rome, farcry 4, call of Duty advance like games on ultra..

I want 40-50 fps in all games at maxed out settings.

thats not true the i3 are good for gaming but the fx 6300 is winning due to it being overclockable and having 6 physical cores and games now adays are starting to use up to 8 like bf4 uses 8 cores on my fx 8320

I know it would cost you a little more, but you would be far better off getting an i5-4670 or i5-4690 CPU and bumping up that ram to even a single 8GB stick. Unless you meant that you were doing 2x4GB sticks. If that is the case, you're good for ram.

Yah i know i5 would be a better choice but its not in my budget.... I can get fx 6300 or i3 4150 with my budget. But i think fx 6300 is better than i3 4150, that's why i thought to buy fx 6300...

Yes i think 2×4gb ram to put in my mobo..

fx 6300 is a gr8 value cpu.
u can try radeon r9 290x although like $20 - $30 difference its a beauty
though assassins creed unity might have issues with FPS
rest gr8 choice

go with the i3 is much better for gaming IMO, oh and the Seasonic Psu is no longer available on Amazon for 55$ its out of stock :).

have you thought of getting a 4460-168$ with a r9 290/970

the fx 6300 is still more supperior the i3's only have 2 physical croes while the fx 6300 have 6 the i3's in total only have 4 cores with hyperthreading

were to talking about gaming right, i3 is much better than the 6300 in gaming, in everything else tho its inferior.
