its currently at 1400 not including shipping and handling think its worth 1400 think i could do better at building my own im just in love with the case its so dang sexy lol :)

I would build.
1) There are a SH*TTON of cases WAY sexier and VASTLY improved than the Corsair 230T, the case used in Digital Storm Vanquish II.
2) PSU sucks, and it'll be most of the work trying to rewire the computer anyway.
3) Here's a red and black build. The price can be much cheaper, but if we're talking about sexy... Brushed metal black and some red.

ok well if u had a 1400 budget including the os what would u build just looking for help really never built a pc from scratch replaced a gpu and put a new power supply in my pc i have now looking to see what my options are before i decide thanks in advance

okay think im going to do that but ive really only used non modualr powersupply if i have only used those will the modular psu be a challenge or should i just pick up a non modualr power supply
 
A modular psu is easier actually because you only use the cables you need for your build.
