will win7 32-bit change to 64-bit will delete all things both C drive and D drive?

Undoubtedly,since more and more game started not to support or not compatible with 32-bit.But I am wondering will all things delete in hard disk.Btw,I ask my friend but he said just c drive will delete.Is that true??:??:
