I use an actual notebook for a mous mat, not like a laptop but an actual notebook. I use a logitech g300 and i wanna get a new actual mouse mat, i think im gonna get the razer goliathus control edition. But which one will get the closest to the gaming experience and aiming i get using a notebook?

Mouse mats aren't really anything special, don't overspend on one, just get one that feels good on your hand/wrist.
I went without a mousepad for like probably 8 years before getting one because the edge of my desk was hurting my hand too much. I just went down the store and picked up this cloth one from corsair that was the right size for my desk:

My hand is happier now that I have one because it's more comfortable with something soft and padded between it and the desk and my mouse has "better" control because the mouse pad offers more resistance than my smooth desk ever did.

I use a Roccat Taito mousepad and its fantastic, I got it for about £10 a on sale a few years ago and its still in great condition. Not peeling apart or falling to pieces like some others do after a few years of daily use. The dimensions of it are huge, takes up about half of my desk space, which is good or bad depending on your preference (I like its size, as I never run out of space or hit the edges when gaming). Also my Cyborg RAT glides over it, very quick movement speed.
