Is a 850w psu good enough for a super overclocked gtx 970 and potentially a 980 in the future?

Hi guys you might've seen my recent question about a 500w psu but I have since bought this psu http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-V850-Modular-CrossFire/dp/B00CGY4EUA basically so I think I have a lot of headroom for future upgrades. Would this be enought to over clock my cpu and a 970 (in the future a 980). Specs:
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 Superclocked 4GB Graphics Card
CPU: INTEL(R) Core™ i7-4790K Quad Core 4.00 GHz 8MB Cache LGA1150 Overclockable
Motherboard: ASUS Z97-K INTEL Z97 Chipset, ATX Mainboard w/ 4 RAM slots, HD Audio, HDMI, GbLAN, USB 3.0, SATA-III, 1x Gen3 PCIe x16, 1x Gen2 PCIe x16, 2x PCIe x 1 & 2x PCI
RAM: 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3/1866mhz Dual Channel Memory (Kingston HyperX Fury Blue w/Heat Spreader)
