I am planing to buy next gen console, here are the prices:
-xbox one ac unity (digital) bundle 350$
-PlayStation 4 GTA V bundle (copy) 400$
At the moment i have 32 inch TV but he is HD ready NOT FULL HD. I don't plan to buy tv this year. I am not interested in exclusive games. I will play assassins creed, gta, watch dogs, battlefield, fifa etc.
And the hardest question....... What should i choose ?

Thx in advance

Not bought a "next-gen" console, spent the money upgrading my PC this time around as I wasn't massively impressed with the "last-gen" consoles, but when I went to buy the Xbox 360 it was because it was the console most of my friends had and I wanted to be able to play online with them. So if your friends have a "next-gen" console I'd go for whichever one they have. Otherwise it makes very little difference if you're not bothered about exclusives. Both require you to pay subscriptions to play online now so PlayStation has lost its edge in that regard, but I'd probably still be tempted to go for the PS4 given only the $50 price difference.

They are pretty much the same thing, it's up to your preference, some people like the features and controllers better for Xbox one, and the xbox one for your bundle is also cheaper. The PS4 however does slightly have better hardware, but that means it only plays with some extra pixels so really no difference. Both are great consoles. Xbox one is kinda like windows 8, and I don't have a playstation but their interface is different. The Xbox one also looks like a DVR box, but as I said they are both capable of doing the same thing.

Well 50 bucks are not a lot, but i really don't like the digital copies. I will pick playstation 4. Two more questions:
1. If some game is lock to 30fps on 1080p, will it play more fps if its connected on lower resolution tv ?

2. I have Samsung S22D390H which has two ports from behind 1 x VGA, 1 x HDMI. Will i be able to connect my pc to vga port and connect my playstation 4 to hdmi ? sorry for my bad english

You will get higher frame rate at a lower resolution, as 720p is much easier to render than 1080p. Here are some consol games with their native FPS and framerate: Link

Also you can plug your PC to VGA and PS4 to hdmi, but to view the input you will have to change the source on your TV. I.e, when you switch you VGA you will see your PC output and when you switch to hdmi you will see the PS4 output.
