Windows7 Blackscreen after windows boot and before welcome screen !

Hi guys, I recently bought a new pc specs: i5 4440 , gtx 750 ti , msi b85-g41 pc mate mobo, 1 tb HDD, 700 w psu from aerocool. A few days ago my pc when i open it, it boots normally windows but after that being done there is a blackscreen for around 1 minute and then normally the welcome screen takes place. In a few words there is a blackscreen for 1 minute and nothing else in my pc has changed. I do not think it is a virous couse i got the bitdefender 2015 premioum and it didn't show anything so i am cool. I just hate waiting for my pc to open for that long and i get really frusturated about that !! Any ideas for how to fix it guys?

Rollback the drivers? That is if the problem wasnt there before upgrading. I had to rollback the newest nvidia drivers last night actually (the ones they just released) as it gave me artifacts in game... now everything is fine. So... no ssd right? Load is going to be slower but not that slow.

As a matter of fact the problem started when Nvidia experience showed me a new ''Geforce game ready driver'' udate and it failed to install some things. :p
Would you recomend to reinstall my drivers? and if so can you give me some tips on how to cuz i am a bit newby in these things :p
