PC keeps crashing to BSOD, dead GPU?

As of yesterday, my Asus 560Ti running the latest nvidia drivers (not sure which version but updated on 24/01/2015) kept crashing.
Everything would freeze for 2-3 seconds followed by a black screen for 2-3 seconds and then the message "Display drivers have stopped responding and have recovered".

It would do this every 10 seconds or so before crashing to a BSOD (http://i.imgur.com/RLjWqKt.jpg) where "Dumping physical memory to disk" would count up to 100 and the PC would reboot and the process repeat.

Is my graphics card dead (It's about time to upgrade anyway) or is there any 'easy' fix?

Thanks for the reply, I booted in safe mode, removed the OC using MSI Afterburner and removed drivers.
Then booted normally, installed drivers and restarted. This time however the monitor keeps saying "No signal detected"

[strike]Edit: Just as I pressed enter the monitor turned on and was showing the desktop rofl...[/strike]

Edit 2: Display drivers kept crashing again, the the same blue screen.

Did you install the drivers that previously worked?

Also, I'm not sure that resetting a graphics card OC will work in Safe Mode. Since you're in Safe Mode, Windows is using all generic drivers. Without the specific drivers for you card, I don't think MSI Afterburner can correctly recognize it. Maybe try uninstalling it in Safe Mode for now?

Had to roll the drivers back by another version and all seems to be working fine now, thanks for the help.

Scratch that, 1 hour in and the drivers crashed again
