I already have this PSU :

FSP 750w Aurum Gold

http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnumber=N82E16817104127

And I'm getting 2 way asus strix gtx 980 sli,,wondering if I have to replace it although I prefer not.

No overclocking in my plans.

Other components:
Cpu : i7 4770k, MB: asus maximus VI Hero ,hyper 212 evo cooler, 1TB hdd, samsung 250 SSD, 2x8gb 2400 mhz ram,
2x 14mm corsair fans.

Many thanks on advance

The FSP AU-750M has loose voltage regulation. The +12V and +3.3V rails may go out of ATX12V specs when under heavy load.

On an Intel Haswell build you may run into a problem when the CPU enters C6/C7 power states. The +3.3V and +5V rails will drop below what is allowed by ATX12V specs.

Don't buy a decent one buy a good one like I linked. or Seasonic, XFX, Rosewell Capstone to name a few more good ones.
Just to add this are you sure you need to SLI 980's?
A GTX 980 only has a 18% performance increase over a 970 for a 60% price increase.

well this adds up to topic,,I'm playing @1440 res, monitor is ASUS PB278Q ,( which refresh rate is just 60hz ) currently have GTX 780ti gpu, but I've got super great offer (from someone who want to sli it also ) to exchange it with these two 980 cards with additional sum of course, in fact I could also choose to get two 970s , so what do you think -considering probable near future option of replacing current monitor for 144hz one.,,what do you think?
