I'm looking for a case that makes everyone's heads turn. I'm looking for a case with a side panel window to show off all of the leds and hardware inside. I want everyone in the world to want to have my computer. But which case would it be?

P.S. $200 is just a range, you can go a little higher

Not going to happen the way you think. You can get a very, very good case for $100-$200, but you'll still be one of many who have excellent windowed cases. For something that'll turn heads you'll need to modify the case. Paint it, add led strip in odd places to glow through mesh, have the window graphically etched etc, but all of that will still remain just finishing touches on an otherwise great case.

The CoolerMaster 690 II Adv nvidia edition is a good example. CM took a standard 690 II Adv and added nvidia logo cutouts with green led glow. Definitely something unique. AMD has a dragon design case as well.

They stand apart because not many have them, but for a great case, the Phanteks Enthoo is a great start, as is the Fractal...

Custom auto body shops hire some of the best airbrush artists in the business, you could start there. They'll be able to paint a case and etch acrylic Windows, no worries. You could also try the art dept at a local University or design school, some of those students can do fantastic work, and may do your case/window relatively cheap if they can add the photos to their portfolio.

There is also mods to the case that can be done, like cutting custom designs in the non windowed areas, adding led glows behind tinted acrylic, like a glowing nuclear symbol over the front fan meshes etc, which maybe out of the realms of your ability, but not necessarily others, its just a matter of deciding what you want, and then deciding who can best accomplish the task.

A certain amount of thinking outside the box is required, but the end result will be a unique case that will definitely stand out in a crowd.
