I'm planning to build myself a pc around next month and here is the parts I have in mind.
Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
MSI Z97-GAMING 5 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Corsair Force LS 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Western Digital RE2 750GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
PowerColor Radeon R9 290 4GB PCS+ Video Card
Corsair CX 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
Now the question about overclocking. These parts aren't overclocked yet when they shipped out of factory right? I have to overclock it myself? Sorry I'm just a newbie when it comes to his matter.
