My new graphics card is causing my PC to crash!

I just got a new Nvidia GTX 970 for my PC, since I needed new hardware. But everytime I enter a game 5-10 minutes passes before the computer freezes, the screen turns black and a loud buzzing noise comes from my headset.
I know it's the graphics card, since my old one still runs smoothly (GTX 560). I returned my new one, but the company I bought it from checked it, and said nothing was wrong.
I have installed the latest drivers, it never reaches anything beyond 75 degrees celcius, and I even did a BIOS update... I'm clueless here, and I hope someone can help me.

My specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570 CPU 3.40 GHz
Video Card: ASUS GeForce STRIX 970 GTX
Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V LX
RAM: Crucial DDR3 Ballistix Sport 1866MHz 8GB
PSU: Energon 750W

Thanks!

You might want to check with someone the ENTIRE computer hardware because at this point it could be literally anything, RAM, MOBO maybe even the PSU. Just go check out with someone because something else might be overheating like the CPU.

As another video card was used as a test and there were no further problems, that suggests the original video is faulty. The claim that the video card was not faulty by the dealer is suspect, as they may not have tested it thoroughly. However, as a check try the following to eliminate other possibilities.

Suggest trying another PSU (if available or borrow one) as a test, as the current brand of PSU is of suspect quality.

If problems continue, then test DIMM's one at a time in the first slot, then in the second slot etc. Repeat for other DIMM. And could use Memtest to check the DIMM's also. Could try some other DIMM's (if at hand, or borrow some) as well.

If problems remain, then either the video card or the motherboard may be faulty. Although suspect the video card is more likely to be faulty. Try the video card in another computer (friend or neighbor)?

I checked my RAM, and it is working fine. I also checked the graphics card in my friend's PC, and nothing seems to be wrong. He suggested trying to underclock it. So I lowered the GPU boost as low as it would go, and it lasted for about 90 minutes before crashing. I was monitoring my CPU temperature, but it always hovered around 60C, and my graphics card was hovering about 65C, so it's not an overheating issue..
I really have no idea, what's wrong here.

As mentioned in the previous post -
