Amd fx(tm) 4300 quad core 3.8
12gb ddr3 ram
64bit os
Nividia gt730
Ga-78LMT-USB3 mother board.
650watt ps

So what I'm looking for is (im new to building please bare with me) ....what GPU can I upgrade to without having to change out other components? If you say buy better stuff I already would have if I could , I don't have parents that buy me what I want keep that in mind too. Just looking for friendly answers to what graphics card I can upgrade too without a whole new system?

Solution
Look for R7 265, R9 270 models. These are the most powerful for the price.
GTX 660 - 660 TI are about the same, but getting old so I'd personally not recommend them.
GTX 750 TI is a nice card fitting the budget, but the Radeons are faster.

Thanks guys I appreciate the quickness of responses, I usually like to do my own reading and understanding on this type of subject(s)....but I also can admit there is always room for someone's input as well, thanks again guys. I have always been lead to believe that nividia should be my first choice, but this is why I like others opinions, because I was proven wrong! One more question is there a definitive difference between these two models in a graphical aspect? Nividia vs amd that is?
