what is your max budget?
do you going to overclock? why?
 
Nice build, however:
When serious about overclocking get a good quality psu, the CX series are not bad but there are far better psu's out there, especially when overclocking you will want a very good one.
Also, since the reports of the GTX 970 memory performance issue I wouldn't recommend one untill this issue is resolved. Better off with a R9 290/290x or GTX 960/980.

-What MB would you recommend? Trying to keep it around 1200-1300. its at 1239 atm
-I don't plan on overclocking
-I will be sure to upgrade the PSU
