I have tried literally every solution I can find on the net.
I have reset winsock, flushed dns, reinstalled browsers, reinstalled windows, reformatted and installed windows fresh.
I have no proxy enable, I have tried using google's dns.
I called my ISP and had them hard reset, got a new IP address.
Nothing has worked. All of my other devices work fine on this network.
The only way I can get browsers to load sites is by booting into safe mode with networking.
Please help!
