Building first gaming/work pc,need opinions on parts list.

So as the title says i want this pc for gaming and work. I do digital art and would like to use coral painter but my current laptop doesnt support it once the file gets larger.

Ive left out stuff like monitor, mouse ect since i want to go used on some of those items as i am on a budget.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The performance of this is much better. Two extra threads on the processor and much better graphics card. If you want to overclock then get a better cooler like the hyper 212 evo. You should be fine with the thermal paste that comes with the cooler. There should be enough fan headers on the motherboard so a fan controller isn't essential.
