My first gaming HTPC build help please

I have a bit of experience in building computers, so far i've built 4 computers. I have saved up a bit of money for this project.My aim is to build a gaming machine that is very small, something that is close to the ps4 and xbox one size. I know the parts that i have chosen will work well together, but i just want other opinion on the build so far.

I already have the MSI GeForce GTX 760 2GB TWIN FROZR Video Card so please dont suggest a different GPU. But any other suggestion will be appreciated.

they may overclock better but the overall performance will be much better out of the 4th gen i5

the current built looks really good! I don't suggest OCing, as it is a QUIET computer. The cooler will do, especially if you want quiet. May I suggest WiFi? that may be a smart option if you want it to function like a console.

Meh not really, the performance difference at the same frequencies is pretty minimal.
