I've been having a problem with the RAM for my PC for a while now, and I've searched all over the internet for a solution, with no results. I have 8gb of RAM installed with only 3.48gb usable. I have made no changes to the computer yet except for the operating system, which I upgraded from Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit to Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.This is what I see in my system information, but I can't see why I wouldn't be able to use a little more. Anybody have any ideas? I'm thinking of upgrading to 16gb, after which, I will add a better power supply and graphics card, but I don't see any point if I can't even use more than half my RAM.
